SBT 2010 Pricing

Payment Rules

  • All fees are on a per team basis.
  • Times and sites are always subject to change.
  • Please make sure you and your opponent have paid before requesting any matches.
  • All match site and time confirmations will be e-mailed to both coaches, within three days of receiving your request. If you have not heard from us within three days, then contact us. As that means we did not receive your match request or one of the teams has not paid their court fees.
  • SITE PREFERENCE IS GIVEN TO THOSE TEAMS THAT REGISTER AND PAY EARLY
  • NO MATCH REQUEST WILL BE PROCESSED UNTIL BOTH TEAMS HAVE PAID!

Includes one match per day for the duration of your trip (up-to 6 matches; and a total of 8 court hours practice time for your visit. Second matches-of-the-day booking may be requested only after Jan. 1, 2010. There are no guarantees for the second match of the day, especially during the middle two weeks of March. A team must have 10 active players on it's roster at Hilton Head before they can become eligible to play two matches on the same day and there must be an available two hour break between matches.

Per Match Fee

$130 per match

Payments are due when booking any match

This option is recommended if your stay at Hilton Head Island is short or if you are planning to play only a limited number of matches. There is no practice time included with the per match fee. If you want practice courts, you will need to request and pay for those times separately (see practice fees below).

Practice Fee

$12 per court hour

Payment due when booking any practice time

If you want to be assured of practice time, please request it in advance. Practice requests will be confirmed after you have paid for court fees. Practice schedules/sites are handed out at check in!
